She grew up in Irondequoit, New York, with her parents, Mike, a WW II Army Veteran and retired Rochester Police Officer, and Norma, along with her sister, Andrea. Sue has one adult stepdaughter and a grandchild. When she is not working, Sue enjoys spending time with her family, sports, music, and hiking.
